Dance Technique Classes
Children’s Musical Theatre Workshop is proud to include the
AMERICAN BALLET THEATRE® National Training Curriculum
a breakthrough 8 level program that combines high quality artistic training with
the basics of dancer health and child development.
The ABT® National Training Curriculum consist of a comprehensive set of
age-appropriate, outcome-based guidelines to provide the highest quality
ballet training to dance students of all ages and skill levels.
Primary through Level 5 is be taught by ABT® Certified Teacher, Christine Simmons (Miss Crisi), who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Primary through Level 5 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum.

Mondays (at OBPAC Location in Green Room - meet at registration side)
- 4:00pm-5:00pm Elementary Combo (Jazz/Tap) ages Kindergarten - 5th grade
- 5:00pm-6:00pm Stretch & Strength (ages 9 and up- *or with teacher placement)
Tuesdays (at OBPAC Location upstairs in Blue Room on Registration Side)
- 3:45pm - 4:45pm Elementary Ballet (ages Kindergarten - 5th grade)
- 4:45pm – 5:45pm T/Th Ballet Levels 1 & 2 (ages 9 and up- *or with teacher placement)
- 5:45pm - 6:45pm Tap -Levels 1 -4 (ages 9 and up- *or with teacher placement)
- 6:45pm - 8:45pm T/Th Ballet Levels 3-5 Pre-Pointe/Pointe (*by teacher placement)
Wednesdays (at PAC Location in Green Room- meet at registration side)
- 4:00pm-5:00pm Pre-Dance (Ballet/tap/creative movement)
ages *3+ years (*must be potty trained)
- 5:00pm-6:00pm Modern/Contemporary/ Lyrical Levels 1-4 (ages 9 and up- *or with teacher placement) (Additionally-must be enrolled in ballet and/or stretch & strength).
Thursdays (at OBPAC Location upstairs in Blue Room on Registration Side)
- 3:45pm - 4:45pm Elementary Modern/Lyrical (ages Kindergarten - 5th grade)
- 4:45pm – 5:45pm T/Th Ballet Levels 1 & 2 (ages 9 and up- *or with teacher placement)
- 5:45pm - 6:45pm Jazz -Levels 1 -4 (ages 9 and up- *or with teacher placement) (Additionally-must be enrolled in ballet and/or stretch & strength)
- 6:45pm - 8:45pm T/Th Ballet Levels 3-5 Pre-Pointe/Pointe (*by teacher placement)
DANCE tuition costs per class are on the registration page through the parent portal.
June Recital Date is Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center, this is a ticketed performance and tickets are purchased through the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center Box Office.
*The $80 costume fee per class for the June recital costumes.
